Arcade Terms of service
Gaming console
On our gaming console installed in the arcade we offer a 1 year
repair or replacement warranty if anything goes wrong with the
mechanical workings of the installed game console. This does not
cover any damage due to misuse, our seal must be intact or
warranty is VOID. Shipping expense is the buyers responsibility.
No other warranties are expressed or implied unless otherwise
noted. There are no returns or refunds accepted on custom order
arcade machines for any reason.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary from product to product. Please call the store to
get an accurate time estimate of when a product will ship. Products
can not be canceled because of delivery delays as shipping delays
are often out of our control. Most Products usually ship within 2-4
weeks after your order has been placed. Complex Custom orders
may sometimes take longer to ship due to the nature of the product.
We do not offer or accept cancellations on custom arcade orders
after 24 hours of the paid order if the order is canceled within the
first 24 hours it is subject to 25-30% cancellation/restocking fees.
Please call if you would like to know the exact cancellation/restocking
fee of the custom ordered item. The buyer is responsible for any
additional charges billed to solomods from the freight company due
to changes on the B.O.L by the buyer or from inaccurate shipping
information provided by the buyer.
Delivery Inspection
Be sure to thoroughly inspect all items before accepting delivery. If
your package is damaged or products are missing, you should
refuse delivery and/or contact a Solomods representative for
information. IF YOU REFUSE A DELIVERY, YOU MUST STATE ON
THE (B.O.L.) BILL OF LADING, THE DRIVER PROVIDES, FOR THE
REASON OF REFUSAL. BE SPECIFIC!!! ANY DAMAGE, MISSING
PRODUCT OR OTHER REASON FOR REFUSAL MUST BE
CLEARLY STATED. If a delivery is refused without PROPERLY
FILLING OUT THE BILL OF LADING, SOLOMODS IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE IN ANYWAY FOR REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND/OR
FREIGHT CLAIMS FOR THAT SHIPMENT. All damage must be
reported within 1 business day of receipt. It is the customers
responsibility to file all claims with the shipping company. Solomods
will assist in obtaining any and all necessary information that may be
needed in the claim process.
If your item arrives in non-working condition, Solomods will do our
best to make necessary repairs via our technical phone support and
manufacturer phone support.
