Return Policy
WARRANTY POLICY On our refurbished systems we offer a
7 day repair service if anything goes wrong with the
mechanical workings of your system within 7 days after it is
received This does not cover any damage due to misuse,our
seal must be intact or warranty is VOID. Shipping expense is
the buyers responsibility. After the 7 day warranty standard
service rates will apply. Any unauthorized returns may be
denied or held until buyer / sender pays for all return shipping
cost. The sender must have a written form of return
authorization form Solomods via Email or Letter for the return
qualify as authorized.
On our New systems we offer a 90 day repair or replacement
warranty if anything goes wrong with the mechanical workings
of the system only. This dose not cover any accessories
included or any damage to misuse our seal must be intact or
warranty is VOID. Shipping expense is the buyers
responsibility. No Warranty is offered or expressed for any
accessories or items included with the system such as but not
limited to Controllers, Games, cables, Power cord, Hard drive
or The Kinect.

considered to as-is items and are non refundable nor
covered under any warranty's.

Services unless other wise stated by solomods. However if
your item cannot be repaired it will be shipped back and a
refund issued. We will only do the repair for the service paid
for . (Example if you pay for the disc drive repair and your
system has other problem such as but not limited to no video/
audio rrod error codes or broken Case only your disc drive
will be repaired) You will need to pay for additional repairs
that are needed. If you decline other necessary repairs for
your system to operate correctly , your item will be shipped
back without refund. As long as service originally paid for was
completed and that part is functional.

and or mod services, these cases are handmade and as a
result they will have minor flaws. Custom cut case kit included
Services listed for that particular item. All custom case kit
require your system is sent to us for the modifications.
Custom case mod services. If your system is received non
working you will need to pay for the additional repairs if you
decline the necessary repairs for your system to work
correctly, your system will be shipped back with out refund as
long as the service paid for has been completed. Any original
parts replaced such as fan,drive lid ect. Will be discarded
unless buyer states in writing at time of order they want the
replaced parts sent back.
Any cancellation of a mod kit service after the first 24 hours of
a received payment is subject to a 25% Cancellation/
restocking fee.
There are no refunds on decals skins or any peel and stick
items. If the item is received damaged it can be exchanged
for a replacement. In order for the exchange we must be
notified within 3 days of delivery the item must be on the
original backing paper as it was received, if applied or
removed form original backing there will be no exchange.
Note: shipping is non refundable We do not except returns or
issue refunds on our Custom cases or Custom case kits. Due
to there handmade nature there will be minor flaws

cooled mods due to its nature the life expectancy of the mod

service or system due to a trade issue the buyer is subject to
a 25% restocking fee. (Example If a game trade was made
and the buyer was giving a 10% discount and when we
received the games they were different title's or format's that
were agreed upon or were received nonworking and or
damaged. The the buyer will be responsible for paying the
discounted 10% balance before the order will ship. If the
